I have a passion for implementing technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to fit different clientele. I have integrated Exact Target's Email Marketing to MS CRM based Education product, managed Lead generation systems that imported leads from our landing pages, worked with CWR for Mobile integration on a PoC with MS CRM based banking product, among others. I love learning new technology, mentoring and helping teams solve real-life technology problems. I believe in knowledge sharing, continuous improvement of process & personnel and devour on social media sites/blogs with similar interests. Then came the thought why not create a one stop blog to help all technical implementation consultants as myself who are probably researching 10 different sites to find answers to all their implementation questions. So I hope to serve the MSCRM Implementation Community and also broaden my knowledge through this blog! I may expand this blog to Sales & Managing Implementations in future, but first things first!
